1. What I know about this case is the one senior executive prefer to have only written report and no oral presentation in an upcoming presentation on new system design. He only want the facts and all cost, time to implement and resulting benefit recorded in written form.
2. What I do not know about this case is why system analyst (Kurniadi Mukhtar) don't get paid to make management-level decision?
3. What I like about this PBL session is i'm able to understand a little bit of question given.
4. What I do not like about this PBL session is there is some question that need to be answer in KBKK. i need to think more and answer it carefully.
